Partners must maintain transparency and open communication with the Company and respond promptly to queries and issues raised.

Partners agree to regular operational audits conducted by the Company to assess adherence to performance metrics and standards.
Partners must ensure timely responses and resolutions to any discrepancies or issues identified during audits.
Partners must adhere strictly to the procedures defined by the Company, ensuring alignment with performance expectations and operational guidelines.

Revenue sharing arrangements are explicitly defined in the partner agreement, specifying exact terms and conditions.
