  • Partners must maintain transparency and open communication with the Company and respond promptly to queries and issues raised.

Operational Standards

  • Partners agree to regular operational audits conducted by the Company to assess adherence to performance metrics and standards.

  • Partners must ensure timely responses and resolutions to any discrepancies or issues identified during audits.

  • Partners must adhere strictly to the procedures defined by the Company, ensuring alignment with performance expectations and operational guidelines.

Financial Terms

Revenue Sharing and Payment Terms

  • Revenue sharing arrangements are explicitly defined in the partner agreement, specifying exact terms and conditions.

  • Payments will be released following verification of milestones or deliverables through agreed mechanisms.

Termination
